Why is my Profile Pictures not showing?
All profile Pictures go through review by our moderators. Only pictures that are suitable to the content of our website are published. If some of your pictures are showing and others are not. It is simply because they did not meet our editorial guideline
Why is my Gallery Picture(s) not showing?
All gallery pictures follow the same review process and only those pictures that meet our editorial guidelines are published
I Uploaded my Pictures but they are still not showing
Due to the amount of profile and Gallery pictures we receive in a day. It may take up to two three business days before all pictures are reviewed and published
I registered but I can’t log in
A lot of people register but did not complete the registration process by confirming the email that are immediately sent to the email that they used during registration. You can only log in after your email is confirmed with us. If you do not receive the email confirmation link please contact us and we will send you the confirmation link.
I registered but did not receive email link to confirm registration and to activate my account
Make sure your email is authentic. If you register with fake email, your registration will not be completed
Are Multiple Registration allowed?
What happens to profiles that do not meet editorial guideline?
All profiles that do not meet our editorial guidelines will be deleted
How can my Pictured be listed in the Featured Member list
We randomly select pictures to published on our Featured Member list
If you want your Picture to be included in the Featured Member list, send us an email or contact us by filling out the contact form specifying your request and how long you want your Picture(s) to be featured.
How Long Would My Picture Be Featured on the Member List?
As long as possible, we randomly remove some pictures on the Featured Member List to give others the opportunity to be featured
If my Picture is on the Featured Member List and I do not want it there?
Simply write us through email or through our contact form requesting for your Picture to be removed. Your Picture will be removed within 48 hours of our receiving your request
Can I be able to change my primary Profile Picture?
Yes! You can change your primary profile picture by logging in and under uploads select a new picture and click the primary button
Can I send in Christian Articles to be Published
We accept Christian articles and occasionally we publish non Christian articles that we deem very informative and important to our readers and our registered users
How soon would my articles be published
All articles go through editorial reviews and only those that meet our editorial guidelines will be published. Please quote and write the source of your articles including author, as we do not want to violate any copy write laws
